Declared: six Nifty 50 companies have reported Q2 FY27 results
As of 18 October 2026, six of the 11 Nifty 50 companies on this page have declared results for the quarter ended 30 September 2026, the second quarter of financial year 2026-27. Declared here means the board approved the results at its meeting and the company filed them with the stock exchanges, which each of the six did on the day of its meeting. Every date below is read from the company's own outcome letter to NSE and BSE, not from a news summary.
Tata Consultancy Services was the first of the six, with its board meeting on 8 October. HCL Technologies followed on 12 October and Nestle India on 15 October. Axis Bank, HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank all held their board meetings on Saturday, 17 October 2026, and filed their results the same day.
Still to report: five Nifty 50 companies with a board meeting date
Five of the 11 had not declared as of 18 October 2026, and each has told NSE the date its board will meet on results for the quarter ended 30 September 2026. UltraTech Cement is next, on Monday, 19 October. Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and Infosys follow on Friday, 23 October, Mahindra & Mahindra on Thursday, 5 November and Hindalco Industries on Friday, 6 November. Infosys has told the exchanges its board meets over two days, 22 and 23 October, with the results placed before the board on 23 October.
Two of the five back their date with a later October filing: Dr. Reddy's Laboratories states the 23 October results date in a press release of 7 October, and UltraTech Cement's 1 October notice schedules its earnings call for 19 October. For all five, NSE's board meeting feed and announcement list showed no notice changing the date when they were checked on 18 October 2026.
The deadline every listed company must meet
Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, requires a listed company to submit its quarterly standalone financial results to the stock exchanges within 45 days of the end of each quarter, other than the last quarter of the financial year. The quarter ended 30 September 2026 is the second quarter of the financial year, not the last one, so the 45 day rule applies to it in full.
Counting 45 days from 30 September 2026 lands on 14 November 2026, a Saturday. That date is the outer limit for listed companies generally, not only the 11 named above: a company that has not yet announced a board meeting must still have its results with the exchanges by then.
Why this page lists 11 of the Nifty 50
This page began as a 28 September 2026 snapshot, when 11 Nifty 50 companies had told NSE when their boards would meet on results, and it still tracks those 11. Since then the others have started to announce: NSE's board meeting feed, fetched on 18 October 2026, carries a results-related board meeting for 36 of the 50 Nifty 50 companies, including these 11. The other 25 are not listed here, so treat this page as a status board for 11 names, not a complete Nifty 50 results calendar.
Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations requires a listed company to give the stock exchange prior intimation of at least two working days before a board meeting that will consider financial results, counted excluding both the day of the intimation and the day of the meeting. Two working days is a short window measured against a 45 day filing deadline, so a board can announce its date only days before it meets, and a company with no date on NSE's record today must still hold its results meeting and file before 14 November. This page was refreshed on 18 October 2026 and does not update itself, so check a company's own exchange filings for any date not listed here or any change after that day.
How to read a board meeting notice
An NSE board meeting record carries a meeting date and a purpose, such as Financial Results, or Financial Results with Dividend when the board will also take up a dividend at the same meeting. The purpose field describes what the board intends to discuss, not what it has decided: the results themselves, and any dividend decision, follow the meeting rather than the intimation that announces it.
Three companies on this list, HCL Technologies, Infosys and Tata Consultancy Services, told the exchanges ahead of their meetings that the board would also consider an interim dividend. None of those notices stated an amount, and none was a declaration: the dividend was on the agenda, not decided. After their meetings, Tata Consultancy Services (8 October) and HCL Technologies (12 October) each filed a letter saying the board had declared an interim dividend at that meeting. The Infosys meeting is still to come, so its dividend remains an agenda item. A dividend on a board's agenda is not a declared dividend, and this page does not treat one as declared until the company's own post-meeting letter says so.
Where the results appear
Regulation 33 requires the approved results to be submitted to the stock exchanges. The six companies that have declared did so on the day of their board meetings, and NSE's corporate announcements list files each of those letters under Outcome of Board Meeting. Tata Consultancy Services' letter says the results were approved and taken on record at a meeting of its board held that day, 8 October 2026.
For the five still to report, the same filing will follow their meetings. Infosys has told the exchanges its results will be placed before the board for approval on 23 October 2026, the second day of its two day meeting.

When is TCS's Q2 FY27 result date?
Tata Consultancy Services declared its Q2 FY27 results on Thursday, 8 October 2026. Its board met that day and approved the audited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and six months ended 30 September 2026, which the company filed with NSE and BSE the same day, and the board also declared a second interim dividend. It was the earliest Q2 FY27 result date among the Nifty 50 companies on this page.
When is Infosys's Q2 FY27 result date?
Infosys has told the exchanges its board will meet on 22 and 23 October 2026, with the financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026 placed before the board for approval on 23 October 2026. The board will also consider an interim dividend, if any, at the same meeting. NSE's announcement list for Infosys showed no notice changing these dates when checked on 18 October 2026.
When do HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank announce Q2 results?
Both banks declared on Saturday, 17 October 2026, when their boards approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. Axis Bank's board approved its results the same Saturday.
What is the last date for Q2 results in 2026?
Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations gives every listed company 45 days from the end of a quarter to submit results to the stock exchanges, other than the last quarter of the financial year. For the quarter ended 30 September 2026, that works out to 14 November 2026.
Why is a company missing from this list?
This page tracks the 11 Nifty 50 companies that had a Q2 FY27 board meeting date on NSE's record by 28 September 2026. Other Nifty 50 companies have announced dates since: NSE's board meeting feed carried a results-related meeting for 36 of the 50 by 18 October 2026. Regulation 29 requires only two working days' prior notice, so a company can announce its date close to the meeting.
Will a board meeting date on this list change?
It can. The five upcoming dates reflect the most recent intimation or company notice found on NSE for each company as of 18 October 2026. A later filing by the company would override it, so check the company's own exchange filings before relying on a date.
